CREDIT

No credit will be extended unless by prior arrangement. 
Any credit extended is strictly on a 7-day net basis.

Pricing

All prices quoted are subject to change in line with current hire rates at the time of your session. 

All bookings on Public Holidays are subject to a 15% surcharge.

REHEARSAL CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Late cancellations, changes and "no shows" leave rehearsal time unfilled. This is inconvenient both to Stage Door Productions and other bands requiring studio time. Clients are therefore requested to give as much notice as possible of any cancellation.  All sessions cancelled inside the designated time are to be paid for.

Casual & Permanent Bookings - 48 hours Minimum Notice

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time are subject to the full fee. This includes any cancellations due to injuries, colds, flus, viruses and other illnesses.

Lockout & Block Bookings - 96 hours Minimum Notice

Cancellations within 96 hours of the scheduled booking time are subject to the full fee. This includes any cancellations due to injuries, colds, flus, viruses and other illnesses.

BACKLINE HIRE CANCELLATIONS

Clients are requested to give as much notice as possible of any cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time are subject to the full fee. This includes any cancellations due to injuries, colds, flus, viruses and other illnesses.

Clients cancelling bookings will be issued a cancellation number to verify time and date of call.

P.A. SYSTEMS & LIGHTING HIRE CANCELLATIONS

Clients are requested to give as much notice as possible of any cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time are subject to the full fee.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue. 

Gift vouchers are only valid for rehearsal bookings and onsite backline hire.

Gift vouchers are not refundable nor redeemable for cash, and any unused portion of the gift voucher is forfeit.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for sessions during peak times (from 5pm onwards Monday-Thursday)

Gift voucher bookings are subject to standard SDP booking terms and conditions.

Golden ticket promotion

Golden Ticket rehearsal credit of $80 is usable for rehearsal time ONLY

All Golden Ticket rehearsal bookings must be claimed and booked by January 31st 2024

All Golden Ticket rehearsal sessions must be used by February 29th 2024

Golden Tickets are not refundable nor redeemable for cash, and any unused portion of the gift voucher is forfeit.

Golden Ticket bookings are subject to standard SDP booking terms and conditions.

Although we will try to accommodate your specific studio booking request, from time to time we will need to reshuffle bookings to accommodate incoming bookings. As such Stage Door does not guarantee you any particular Studio and we reserve the right to change your Studio at any time due to operational reasons.

If we need to ask you to change your Studio, we will:
Provide you with a reasonable alternative larger Studio at no additional cost, or
Provide you with an appropriate refund of the hire difference – where only a smaller, or no studio is available
